Project Portfolio

The word data in my brand is not an accident. I love numbers and the mathematical language we use to extrapolate and interpret them into usable metrics. There’s a beauty in the way we can use seemingly unrelated information to predict the future of any number of business and personal situations. I was truly surprised and pleased that I could translate my fondness for using data to solve problems into a career that can support my family.
I currently work as a junior data analyst for Artech, contracted to Apple. I work primarily to validate customer data and communicate with potential customers to assist them with properly formatting their information and escalating it to the proper teams. Before that I worked for Springs Window Fashions as a production technician and polished my analytical skills to design and run tests to improve production efficiency in a wide variety of ways throughout the facility. Eventually leading to a 21% increase in overall production through the main line with an 18% reduction in waste and a 9% reduction in down time. All of that before beginning my formal training through Coursera.

They want to understand how their customers are using their bikes; their top priority is identifying customer demand at different station location.

Google Fiber provides people and businesses with fiber optic internet. Currently, the customer service team working in their call centers answers calls from customers in their established service areas. In this fictional scenario, the team is interested in exploring trends in repeat calls to reduce the number of times customers have to call in order for an issue to be resolved.
